    No doubt, its been on the shelf for some time, but I do not see any chips.
    It does say Gum Dipped.  How neat!
    This is close to 40 lbs.  Shipping will be .00 or FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.  Depending on your location, it could be less - i.e. to Chicago it's close to half that.  We will refund any overages.
